ORDER

To order from the website you must approve the terms of use. By accepting the terms of use you confirm that you have acknowledged the information and approve the use according to Rentorp Scandinavias conditions as described above.

CONFIRMATION

When we receive your order we will send you a confirmation by e-mail to the e-mail-address you supplied in your order. It´s important that you give the correct e-mail-address when you place your order. We strongly recommend that you save your e-mail message as the order confirmation will be your receipt and proof of purchase if the warranty shall be used.

PAYMENT

You can choose between bank card, credit card or invoice. All payment is through Klarna.

PRICES

All prices shown on Rentorp Scandinavias website include Swedish VAT according to Swedish law. If you place an order to an address which is outside of the EU, you may be liable for import fees and custom taxes. You are responsible for the extra fees which may occur depending on local regulations outside of Rentorp Scandinavias control.

DELIVERY

Rentorp Scandinavia will deliver products  all over the world with DHL and its partners. Delivery time is normally  5 days within the EU. In other parts of the world the delivery time can vary. You can track your delivery via your tracking number which upon request, can be provided  from us

If you, as a customer, experience a delayed delivery,you may cancel the purchase by e-mail. The cancellation will be valid after you receive  a confirmation from Rentorp Scandinavia. If the order has been sent you are required to receive the order and then send back the order .

RETURNS , CANCELLATIONS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to cancel an order and send back the goods within 30 days of receiving your delivery. All goods purchased from Rentorp Scandinavias web shop can be returned for full refund within thirty days after delivery 

The cancellation is made  by the contact form you will find on                   www.rentorp-scandinavia.com under the tab contact us. Returns for other reasons than a complaint,should be as received, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when purchased by you. 

The customer is responsible for costs incurred when returning the goods. The customer Is also responsible for the goods until they have been received by Rentorp Scandinavia. When Rentorp Scandinavia have received the goods at our facility in Gothenburg, a full payment refund will be made.
