You have the right to cancel an order and return the goods within 30 days from the date of delivery. All goods purchased from the Rentorp Scandinavia web shop can be returned for a full refund within thirty days of delivery.

The cancellation is made  by the contact form you can find at www.rentorpscandinavia.com under the tab contact us. Returns for other reasons than a complaint should be as received, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when purchased.

The customer is responsible for costs incurred when returning goods. The customer Is also responsible for the goods until they have been received by Rentorp Scandinavia. When Rentorp Scandinavia have received the goods to our facility in Gothenburg, a full payment refund will be made.
